Please note that upon requesting a session you will receive an email confirming your "booking". This means that we have received your request and will contact you at the earliest once we've confirmed the tutor's availability to conduct the session.

All sessions are automatically offline.

For online session, you must email us specifically about it: uic_stemtl@yonsei.ac.kr

Cancellation Policy

1- All tutors should refrain from cancelling their sessions on the day the tutoring is held 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the session either from the tutor’s or tutee’s side. 

  • In case of session cancellation, the tutor must report the reason for the cancellation, otherwise it will be counted as unexcused and a warning will be provided to the tutee.

  • After 3 warnings the tutee will be banned from scheduling any more sessions this semester.

2- If tutees do not show up to the session (“no-show”) for over 15 mins without prior notice the session is cancelled and they receive warning .

3- Upon cancellation a full time tutor has to be notified immediately and the cancellation report is filled.
